Widen the neck:

Use your fingers to widen the gap of the neck, point the nose upwards and slot the Scootaheadz down firmly onto the horizontal bar (no need to move the scooter grips).

Push the nose down:

Now simply push the nose down and forwards so the Scootaheadz attaches to the handlebar.
