Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be:

In the same condition as received (unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging).

Accompanied by a Gift Receipt or Packing Slip. If you don’t have these, please contact us with the purchaser’s name so we can retrieve the order number.

Returned in person to one of our shops in Qormi or Mosta.
⚠️ Products with visible damage to the packaging are not eligible for return. Packaging is as important to us as the product itself, and no exceptions will be made.
Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items

All sale items are final and non-returnable. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted on discounted products.

Products with damaged packaging cannot be returned. The packaging of all our products is just as important as the contents inside, and we kindly ask customers to take care when handling items. No exceptions will be made for attempts to return products with damaged packaging.
Refunds

Refunds are accepted within 14 days from the original order date.

Refunds can only be issued via the original method of payment:

In-store credit card purchases: the same card must be presented in-store.

Online credit card purchases: refund will be processed online back to the same card.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue promptly and work to resolve it.
