Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped (Fulfilled).
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders above €30 within Malta & Gozo. It takes 1-3 working days* from when you place the order to be delivered. (Excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Eg: If your order is placed on a Monday, you will receive it by/ on Thursday. *NB during busy periods (Black Friday & Christmas) orders can take up to 5 working days for delivery.
In-store pickup
For orders that select the "Pick Up in Store" option - You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. This normally takes 1 business day after placing your order. If you need it urgently please call our shops on the following contact numbers.

Orders can also be collected from our Warehouse in Birkirkara between Monday and Friday from 8am to 3pm. This needs to be agreed beforehand. Please call our warehouse on +356 99398845 to arrange for pick up from this location.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
WOLT Delivery
We offer express delivery via WOLT platform (can be done within 30 minutes).
International Shipping
We offer DHL Express international shipping worldwide. Please send us an email to export@swankyboutique.com including your international delivery address as well as the items you would like to purchase and we will send you a shipping quote based on your order/ address for you to approve before proceeding.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Swanky Boutique is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
After your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link from UPS.
Local orders and deliveries are all done in 1-3 working days excluding Saturdays and Sundays (Both Malta & Gozo). The courier calls in advance to advise time of delivery or to arrange an alternative day/ time.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days from the order date if the item is unused and in its original condition (including packaging). You are entitled to a refund of your order if it is returned to us within 14 days from the original order date. Refunds do not include any shipping costs and all refunds are effected in the same method of payment selected originally. To exchange or receive a credit note for unwanted goods you may return the goods to one of our stores within 30 days from the original order date together with the invoice or gift receipt. Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the original order date.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us via email on claims@swankyboutique.com quoting your order number and a photo clearing showing the item defects. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please allow us up to 7 working days to come back to you with a final decision.
