How Our Gift Vouchers Work

All Swanky Boutique Gift Vouchers are digital vouchers, whether purchased online or in one of our stores.

When a Gift Voucher is purchased, the purchaser will receive an email containing the Gift Voucher and its unique code.

When purchasing a Gift Voucher in-store, you will also be given a physical Gift Voucher to present to the recipient.

If you purchase a Gift Voucher online and would also like a physical Gift Voucher to be delivered, this can be requested by emailing info@swankyboutique.com after placing your order.

Important: The emailed Gift Voucher and the physical Gift Voucher are the same voucher and share the same value and unique code. They are not two separate Gift Vouchers. The emailed copy should therefore not be used separately once the physical Gift Voucher has been given to the recipient. Any amount redeemed using the unique code will be deducted from the same Gift Voucher balance.

All Swanky Boutique Gift Vouchers:

• Are valid for 1 year from the original purchase date.

• Can be redeemed online or in-store, regardless of whether they were purchased online or in-store.

• Do not need to be used in one transaction. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases within the original 1-year validity period.

• Can be used together with another payment method if the purchase value exceeds the remaining Gift Voucher balance.

Validity Update: Gift Vouchers purchased from 1st September 2026 onwards are valid for 1 year from the purchase date, extended from our previous 6-month validity period.

Redeeming Your Gift Voucher Online

1. Browse our website and add the items you would like to purchase to your cart.

2. Proceed to checkout.

3. Enter the unique Gift Voucher code in the Gift Card field.

4. The available value will be applied to your purchase.

5. If your order exceeds the Gift Voucher balance, you may pay the difference using another available payment method.

6. If you do not use the full value, the remaining balance will stay available on the same Gift Voucher code and may be used again within its original 1-year validity period.

Redeeming Your Gift Voucher In-Store

1. Have your Gift Voucher email, unique code, QR code or physical Gift Voucher available when visiting the store.

2. Let a member of our team know that you would like to redeem a Gift Voucher.

3. The available value will be applied to your purchase.

4. If your purchase exceeds the Gift Voucher balance, you may pay the difference using another payment method.

5. If you do not use the full value, the remaining balance can be used on a future purchase within the original 1-year validity period.

Swanky Growave Points

Swanky Growave Points are not awarded on the purchase of Gift Vouchers. Instead, points are awarded when the Gift Voucher is redeemed, meaning the recipient/person using the voucher will receive the applicable Growave Points on their purchase.
