Amuseennials Horatio Pistachio comes from a distinguished family and will politely remind you that pistachios are technically seeds, not nuts. He can even trace his roots to a beautiful orchard in southern Italy. Despite his impressive name, Horatio has always been rather shy. However, a craft chocolate course helped him come out of his shell and discover a new passion. From hand-rolling delicious truffles to creating Dubai-style chocolate slabs, he’s now happiest in the kitchen sticky, smiling and full of confidence.
